TNU Challenge 23 Results!

I was visiting family this week, so that gave me less time to grade challenges. Because of this, I decided to delay the challenge by a couple days. Because of this delay, I decided to not send any challenge reminders. Now here are the challenge results:

1. Team Screw Attack (16/18) (89%) (Safe)
2. Team Warp Star (14/16) (88%) (Eliminate 1)
3. Team 1-Up (7/10) (70%) (Eliminate 1)
4. Team Triforce (9/14) (64%) (Eliminate 1)

Sandile: Overall, I'm kind of disappointed. Six people missed the challenge. I'm sure if I sent a reminder, that number would've been down to one or two. But I shouldn't have to send any reminders at this point in the game. If you get the challenge late at night, or at a time when you are busy, all you have to do is send yourself a message, or email yourself, or do SOMETHING to remind yourself to do the challenge. I wish more of you would've taked advantage of the fact that I gave a few extra days.

Toad: Only one player on Team Screw Attack missed the challenge. But no one on Warp Star missed the challenge. This is because some people on Warp Star gave a little less effort than those on Team Screw Attack. Team 1-Up only had three of their five players do the challenge, but the three who did it did a stellar job. Sadly, getting third place didn't help than anymore than getting fourth would have. As they will drop down to four players and then disband after this elimination. So if you are on Team 1-Up, start to say goodbye to your teammates, as they may not be with you when you are forced to join another team. Finally, Team Triforce performed the poorest, with three players missing the challenge. They have performed better in the past, so let's hope they don't reach below five players and disband a well. Luckily for them, a couple players from 1-Up will join them after this elimination, so they should be OK.

FOAP - Forced Alliance Pass - After choosing a player, you cannot vote them, and they cannot vote you for 5 eliminations. If either of you vote each other, you will automatically be eliminated. (The vote will count, but you will be eliminated with no way of saving yourself. No passes can save you from elimination and you cannot cancel your vote once it has been sent. (x1, $30)

TNU Challenge 23!

Announcements:

1. Popo is the new captain of Team 1-Up.

Sandile: Sorry for the wait. I had several things I had to do before I took the time to send this out.

I recently got Mario and Luigi: Dream Team, and I'm loving it so far. So this challenge is based off of that game.

For this challenge, I want you to tell me a good dream, and a nightmare that your character would have. I want you to give me a few sentences for each type of dream. Here's an example.

Sandile's Dreams:

Good Dream:

An ideal dream of Sandile would be him stranded in a desert FILLED with sand and other Sandiles. He could chat with the Sandiles, Krokoroks, and Krookodiles. He could get fighting tips with his new friends, and show of his moves to them. He would be stuck in a paradise.

Nightmare:

A nightmare Sandile could have would be him being attacked by Grass, Water, and Ice Pokemon. He would be demolished in battle, and embarrassed by his pathetic defeat. He would then be outcast and seen as weak by everyone.

That would be a good example of something someone would send in if they were playing as Sandile. I'd recommend having your character simply dream about something they love for the good dream, and something they hate or are afraid of for the nightmare.

Sandile: This challenge should be quick an easy for you to complete. I will grade you out of 2 on this challenge. Each category is worth 1 point If you give me a good example of a good dream and nightmare, you will get 2 points. If you are slacking in one of the categories, you will only earn 1/2 a point for that category.

Toad: This simple challenge is simply meant to root out any remaining slackers.

Sandile: The eliminations will be different this time. Only first place will be safe. Second, third, and fourth will all vote out one player. So make your sure you do your part in helping your team. One person missing the challenge will most likely mean your team will face elimination!

Toad: The challenge should end on the 24th, so get going! I understand some of you are back in school, or going back soon, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to complete this challenge, as I will be giving you two whole days.

More Confusion...

Ness has used a Negation Pass! So every pass that was used this elimination will have its effect will be negated! And if your pass doesn't last any longer once this elimination is over, that means that it is gone forever. (So yes, two RVPs were wasted).

Another Reversal Pass!

Oshawott on Team Screw Attack has also used a VRP! He used it on Team Warp Starr!

But since a RVP was already used causing Team Warp Star to have to vote off two and Team 1-Up to be safe, the use of this RVP has caused Team Warp Star to now have to only vote off one, while Team Screw Attack must now vote two.

To make things simple:

Team 1-Up: You guys are safe.
Team Triforce: Vote off one player.
Team Screw-Attack: Vote off TWO players.
Team Warp Star: Vote off one player.
