Sandile: Round 4 is complete! (Sorry for the long wait.)

Toad: To my dismay, nothing happened this round.
Here are the standings:
Final 3!
1. Popo/masterofflam (Immune)
2. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious (1 strike)
3. Pikachu/vaporterra (1 strike)
Sandile: This will be the final round. I am going to add a twist to end this challenge before things get to monotonous.
Toad:
I have added 6 strike spaces, and 14 immunity spaces. Therefore, there
are now 16 strike spaces and 16 immunity spaces. This time, only Pikachu
and Yoshi will move. (Popo and King Dodongo are removed from the map.)
If both of you land on an immunity space, the first to land on one makes
it into the Final 2. If both players land on a strike space, the first
to do so is eliminated. And if one player lands on an immunity space,
and one lands on a strike space, it's pretty obvious what will happen.
Sandile:
Responding first may not be the best thing, since if you land on a
strike space first, you are eliminated. However, responding first could
also grant you immunity. So it's your decision whether or not you should
respond fast, or wait a few days. I will give you at least a week to
respond, but please don't take any longer than that.
Toad: As
always, respond in the Google+ comments below this post. If you have any
other confessional, please post it. (You can have a few of them for the
next video, if you'd like.)
Sandile: That's it for now! Good
luck to both Yoshi and Pikachu! If you make it past this, you will be in
the finale with Popo. Good luck!

TNU Challenge 34 Round 4!
TNU Challenge 34 Round 4!
Sandile: Hey guys! Round 3 is complete!
Check the image below to see everyone's movements from Round 3:
http://s1139.photobucket.com/user/nintendofan204/media/tnuchallenge4public.png.html
Toad: A couple big things happened.
1. Pikachu never responded to the comments. I'm not sure why, but he will receive a strike because of this.
2. Popo landed on an immunity space! He is now guaranteed a spot in the Final 2! Congratulations!
Here are the standings:
Final 3!
1. Popo/masterofflam (Immune)
2. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious (1 strike)
3. Pikachu/vaporterra (1 strike)
Sandile: Pikachu and Yoshi, things just got a lot more dangerous for the two of you!
Toad: Popo, you are not done with this challenge. You will continue to move in however many rounds are left. You will act as a second King Dodongo. If Yoshi or Pikachu land on the same space as you, they receive two strikes. (They will automatically be eliminated!)
Sandile: Three more strike spaces have been added! 10 of the 32 spaces will now give you a strike. Only 1 immunity space remains! If you land on it you are guaranteed to face off against Popo in the Final 2!
Toad: Yoshi, Pikachu, (and Popo), please move five spaces once again! You can move in any direction, like before.
Sandile: It is not unlikely that this could be the final round. So Yoshi and Pikachu, go with your gut and pick a space that will hopefully keep you safe (or maybe even grant you immunity)! Popo, try to get rid of either Yoshi or Pikachu! You can stay put without being penalized, but I would recommend continuing to move around.
As a reminder, all of the ways to get strikes are...
1. Landing on a strike space.
2. Landing on an occupied space.
3. Landing on the same space as King Dodongo. (He moves five spaces every turn. This gets you two strikes.)
4. Landing on the same space as Popo. (This gets you two strikes)
5. You give me a movement combination that is not five movements or causes you to leave the map.
6. Not sending me a movement combination. (Something that I don't believe I mentioned before, but should be assumed).
Toad: Like usual, respond in the Google+ comments below this post. If you haven't left a confessional (*cough* Pikachu *cough), please do so! You are also free to leave another confessional if you wish.
Sandile: That's it for now! Once again, congrats to Popo on making the Final 2, and good luck to both Yoshi and Pikachu on making it in as well! Send me your combinations!

Final 3!
1. Popo/masterofflam
2. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious (1 Strike)
3. Pikachu/vaporterra
Toad: We're adding two more strike spaces! 7 of the 32 spaces are now strike spaces. 2 are immunity spaces.
Sandile: Once again, all three of you (and King Dodongo) will move five spaces. You can make five movements in any direction, just like last time.
As a reminder, all of the ways to get strikes are...
1. Landing on a strike space.
2. Landing on an occupied space.
3. Landing on the same space as King Dodongo. (He moves five spaces every turn. This gets you two strikes.)

Toad: That is all. Good luck! I expect I will see at least a couple of strikes given out this round. If that isn't the case... well then I'm gonna have to find a way to keep things interesting.

TNU Challenge 34 Round 2!
Sandile: Hello Final 3, and welcome to Round 2 of Challenge 34!
Please take a look at the image below to check out everyone's movement from Round 1:
http://s1139.photobucket.com/user/nintendofan204/media/tnuchallengepart2.png.html?o=0
Toad: This was a boring first round. Nobody got a strike, and no one got immunity. So we're going to spice things up:
Two more strike spaces have been added.
For now on, when two players land on the same space, only the second player to land on it will get the strike. (So make sure you respond as fast as you can!) Therefore, if two players land on a strike space, the first player to land on it will only get one strike (for landing on the strike space). The second player will get two strikes (for landing on the strike space and for landing on an occupied space.)
If a player lands on an occupied space, they will be pushed to a random adjacent space.
One more immunity space was added. Each space will only grant one player immunity. (So if a player lands on an immunity space, and a second does as well, the second player will not be granted immunity.) So if two of you both land in two different immunity spaces, the third player will be eliminated.
You still must move five times. However, you do NOT have to follow the movement rule from last time. This time, you can move in any direction. Just make sure you make five movements.
Also, if you do a movement combination that is not of five movements, or do you a combination that causes you to move off of the map, you will get a strike and be relocated where I decide.
So all of the ways to get strikes are...
1. Landing on a strike space.
2. Landing on an occupied space.
3. Landing on the same space as King Dodongo. (He moves five spaces every turn. This gets you two strikes.)
4. You give me a movement combination that is not five movements or causes you to leave the map.
Sandile: Like usual, respond in the Google+ comments below this post.. Please leave your confessionals now, cause for all we know this could be the last round before someone is eliminated. (Please leave one because it makes the videos more interesting.)
Toad: That is all. Good luck!

TNU Challenge 34 Round 1!
Sandile: Hey guys! If you are reading this message, then you are (as you
should already know) a member of the Final 3! You should be very proud
of this feat, especially considering that there were once 100 people
involved in this competition.
Toad: This has been a very slow moving camp. It has been ongoing for nearly 2 1/2 years, which is quite crazy. However, we are finally nearing its end! All three of you who remain are very formidable players. So I expect these last two eliminations to be very exciting. At this point, the worst you can get is third place. And that is even a fantastic rank. Without further ado, here is the next challenge:
http://s1139.photobucket.com/user/nintendofan204/media/tnuchallenge.png.html?sort=3&o=0
Above is an image of a portion of the overworld map from the original Legend of Zelda on the NES. The three of you have been placed on the map, along with King Dodongo.
Each turn, each of you must move five spaces total to land on a specific space. You must say how you got to that space. You also can't go horizontally twice in a row or vertically twice in a row. (Up, Down, Left, Right, Left is not OK. Up, Left, Down, Left, Up is OK.)
There is one space on the map that you want to land on. Landing on the space will guarantee you immunity. (Unless you are the third person to land on it). So if two players gain immunity, the third player will be eliminated.
There is one more way to determine who will be eliminated: strikes.
There are four ways to get strikes:
1. Land on a strike space. (Only I know where these are).
2. Land on the same space as another player.
3. Land on the same space as King Dodongo. (Keep in mind that he is moving five spaces as well.) [THIS WILL EARN YOU TWO STRIKES! BE CAREFUL!]
4. You tell me a movement combination that ignores what I said above. (If this the case you will also not move that turn.)
If two people do not land on the immunity space, then the first person to get three strikes will be the player who is eliminated.
Sandile: If there is something you don't understand about the challenge, please let me know in the Google+ comments. This post is private, so no one but me will see your comment.
Toad: Also make sure you complete the challenge by responding in the comments. Make sure to type your movements correctly!
Sandile: I encourage you to please send confessionals as well! Just say anything you want to about the camp. I'm sure you have something to say!

YOSHI!

or
Pikachu?

TNU Challenge 33!
Sandile: Those of you who remain now have a
25% chance of winning! Congratulations on making the Final 4! This is
no small feat, and you should be proud of yourself.
Toad: To make things interesting, I am going to pair you guys up for this challenge.
Pairs: Popo and Pikachu, Yoshi and Slime.
Each pair must decide which player they want to make immune from the other pair. The two immune players must then choose who they want to make immune from the remaining two players.
Example:
The Final 4 are John, Bob, Kate, and Sarah. John and Kate are paired, and Bob and Sarah are paired. John and Kate decide to make Bob immune, and Bob and Sarah decide to make Kate immune.
John and Sarah remain. Bob and Kate (the two who are immune) then decide to make John immune. Sarah is then eliminated because no pair made her immune.
Sandile: This challenge will have two stages. Communication between partners is vital. You guys are going to have to communicate with each other to make a decision. Once you decide who you want to make immune, I need to see a comment from both of you confirming you want to make immune.
Toad: That's all! Feel free to message me confessionals. If you have any questions, message me or comment on this post.
Sandile: Good luck!

TNU Challenge 32!
Sandile: You know all have a 20% chance of winning! Congrats on making the Final 5!
Toad: Today's challenge will test your knowledge on Nintendo. Below are ten statements involving Nintendo. Five of them are true facts, and five of them are completely false. You must tell me which ones are true, and which are false.
Sandile: The player with the lowest score will be eliminated. There will be no more voting. (Hopefully, that speeds things up!)
1. Luigi first appeared in a Game & Watch game.
2. Kirby’s original name was Tinkle Popo.
3. Nintendo owns a small clothing store in Kyoto, Japan.
4. Princess Peach was originally planned to be Mario's daughter.
5. Reggie Fils-Aime previously worked for Pizza Hut.
6. The creator of Smash Bros. also created Kirby.
7. Shigeru Miyamoto was the president of Nintendo until 2005.
8. Nintendo was founded in 1924.
9. Nintendo owns the Seattle Mariners.
10. Luigi was previously voiced by Danny Wells, before Charles Martinet began to voice him in 2002.
Sandile: Some of these are fairly easy while others will be hard for you guys to determine. You may share answers with each other, but I do not recommend it. Unless, you have a very close ally who you trust and want to get far in the game with.

TNU Challenge 31 Results!
Sandile: Google has screwed some things up, which is why this was
delayed. I was going to wait until everyone responded, but for some
reason, many of you are failing to do so. At this point, that is going
to have to be your problem, as I cannot wait any longer to send this
out. The players who respond will be the ones who win.
Events:
Yoshi (J) killed Kirby (S) with his machete.
Vaporterra (J) defended with his Riot Shield
Slime (J) blinded Dark Samus (S) and Zant (S) with his Flash Grenade.
Popo (J) killed Dark Samus (S) with his ballistic knife.
Zant (S) killed Slime (J) with his crowbar.
This is who everyone ended up after the fight...
Jets:
1. Popo/masterofflam (Ballistic Knife)
2. Slime/PoryfulZ (Flash Grenade) (Dead)
3. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious (Machete)
4. Pikachu/vaporterra (Riot Shield) (Defending)
Sharks:
1. Dark Samus/redfrog45 (Grenade) (Blinded) (Dead)
2. Kirby/TheDementedPalkia (Pistol [2 Bullets]) (Dead)
3. Zant/MegaSader (Crowbar) (Blinded)
Toad: The Jets only had one dead, while the Sharks had two dead and one blinded. So the Jets won easily.
It all came down to who responded. Dark Samus and Kirby had very good weapons, but neither of them responded, causing their team to lose.
Sandile: Popo, Slime, Yoshi, and Pikachu have won immunity. Dark Samus, Kirby, and Zant are up for elimination.
Toad: If you are apart of the jury, please vote of TWO players. (Only one of three will survive this elimination.
Sandile: Jury members, please explain your vote. Also, remember that anyone can leave confessionals. (Please do.)
[Either send me a Google+ message or email me at nintendofan204@gmail.com to send your vote. I will leave comments enabled in case you have questions, but please DON'T vote there. (Unless you want people to know your vote)

TNU Update!
Hello Final 7! I'm not sure if you've noticed, but
Youtube removed the feature to send messages on the hard-to-find Youtube
inbox. I have added all of you currently involved in TNU to a circle
specific for it. So you seven, as well as the Jury, are the only ones
receiving this message. This is how I will send you guys challenges,
challenge results, and elimination videos for now on.
I will most likely send the results out tomorrow, as all this adding people to circles has tired me out. :P
If you have yet to do the challenge, GET GOING! :D
EDIT: To respond to my messages, simply send me a private message. To do that, make a post, but only share it with me. I will disable comments on these posts to prevent you guys from completing challenges that way, as I want voting and the completing of challenges to be private.
Also, please respond so that I know you got this message and know how to respond to challenges and results messages.

TNU Challenge 31!
Sandile: All of you know have about a 14% chance of winning!
Toad: Today's challenge will incorporate immunity, since some of you wanted it.
You are grouped into two uneven groups:
Jets:
1. Popo/masterofflam (Ballistic Knife)
2. Slime/PoryfulZ (Flash Grenade)
3. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious (Machete)
4. Pikachu/vaporterra (Riot Shield)
Sharks:
1. Dark Samus/redfrog45 (Grenade)
2. Kirby/TheDementedPalkia (Pistol [2 Bullets])
3. Zant/MegaSader (Crowbar)
As you can see, all of you have some sort of item. You may use your item on one other person or yourself. I will briefly discuss what each person may do with their item:
Popo's Ballistic Knife:
You may shoot the blade at one person.
Slime's Flash Grenade:
You may use it on everybody on either the enemy team or your own team.
Yoshi's Machete:
You may attack one person.
Pikachu's Riot Shield:
You may shield yourself or one other person.
Dark Samus's Grenade:
Be cautious on whether you want to use your item or not. There is a chance it could harm your teammates. But it could also heavily injure (or kill) members of the other team.
Kirby's Pistol:
You may shoot at two people. (Or shoot one person twice.)
Zant's Crowbar:
You may attack one person.
Sandile: This challenge is kind of complicated. (I am trying to come up with something unique instead of the usual "Type me two paragraphs about this topic.")
Toad: This is a strategic/luck challenge. Just decide whether or not to use your item and then decide who to use it on. I will then decide on the spot whether the person you use it on will die, get injured, etc.
Sandile: The group that wins will be immune. Two of the players in the losing group will be voted off by the jury. (So if you are a "Shark" winning is even more vital!)
Toad: Good luck on winning immunity!
List of Players:
1. Popo/masterofflam
2. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious
3. Dark Samus/redfrog45
4. Pikachu/vaporterra
5. Kirby/TheDementedPalkia
6. Zant/MegaSader
7. Slime/PoryfulZ
Toad: Today's challenge will incorporate immunity, since some of you wanted it.
You are grouped into two uneven groups:
Jets:
1. Popo/masterofflam (Ballistic Knife)
2. Slime/PoryfulZ (Flash Grenade)
3. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious (Machete)
4. Pikachu/vaporterra (Riot Shield)

TNU Update!
Surprised to see a message from me in your inbox?
As of today, I currently have 6 days of school left. You know what that means? I will finally be able to wrap up this camp at a good speed. (And maybe even do some recording for my unfinished walkthroughs). This was an incredibly busy year for me, and I never felt like I had time to do anything with this channel. Well, pretty soon I'm gonna be getting two and a half months to do so.
About TNU: some of you were asking why I am not granting immunity and some of you thought that doing well on the challenge useless since no immunity is offered. I disagree. I am offering no immunity to up the danger level. I want to make you ALL vulnerable, now that it is the Final 10. Your best chance of surviving elimination IS to do well. Someone who gets a 10/10 on the challenge will most likely get less votes than someone who gets a 7/10, and especially less votes than someone who didn't do it all.
So that's about it. I'm gonna start working on the video and hopefully get it out in the next few days. And after that, I will have a lot of time, and I'll be able to wrap up this thing. With only 7 left after this elimination, I will without a doubt be able to finish this camp by the end of summer.
Good luck on not being eliminated. And if you are on the jury and haven't cast a vote, please do so. :)

TNU Challenge 30 Results!
Sandile: The challenge is over! Here are the scores I gave everyone:
1. Popo/masterofflam (10/10)
2. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious (10/10)
3. Dark Samus/redfrog45 (8/10)
4. Pikachu/vaporterra (8/10)
5. Kirby/TheDementedPalkia (6/10)
6. Zant/MegaSader (9/10)
7. Dark Link/MegaPixarfan (0/10) (Didn't do challenge)
8. Ike/xtiandg0914 (7/10)
9. Slime/PoryfulZ (8/10)
10. Link/hyrulequest21 (0/10) (Didn't do challenge)
Toad: It's quite sad that two people didn't even do it. But I'm satisfied with the results. The majority of you did complete the challenge, and everyone who completed it did at least a solid job.
Sandile: Now Jury, this is where you come in. Seven out of the ten requested people accepted my jury request. They are:
Roy/Johnnnyhero3
Hammer Bro/Lohuydahutt
Bowser Jr./PinkLightnan
Krystal/dudeski7373
Amaterasu/TheRockMusicLover1
Waddle Dee/shadowduck7
Latias/Doggielover10124
You seven must cast three votes out of the ten players remaining. The three players with the most votes will be eliminated.
Toad: This is the last time that more than two players will leave in one elimination!
Sandile: I would like at least five of the jury members to vote, but preferably all seven. So please get voting! Jury members, you will be able to leave confessionals during this and next elimination. And obviously, players still in the game are free to do so as well.
Toad: After this, only seven will remain! Good luck on making the Final 7!
1. Popo/masterofflam (10/10)
2. Yoshi/yymastaconfuctious (10/10)
3. Dark Samus/redfrog45 (8/10)

TNU Challenge 30!
Sandile: Congratulations. The ten of you receiving this message have made the Final 10. You all have a 10% chance of winning.
Toad: There's gonna be some changes.
First of all, any remaining passes are gone. I don't want them affecting the game this late. So sorry if you had some that you wanted to lose later on.
Secondly, money is also gone. I want everyone who made it this far to have a clean slate. So currently everyone has an equal chance of winning.
Finally, there is going to be a jury. I am currently deciding the members. When they are decided, they will decide who is eliminated after challenges.
You are going to want to perform well, as they will most likely vote off the worst performers.
Sandile: Your challenge today is to tell me what you've thought of this camp so far, and what your think your chances of winning are. You can also discuss any rivals or friends, and if you want them to win, lose, or if you think they're a threat.
Give me a couple paragraphs at least. I want something that will be interesting to read, and not just a "I think I can win". You made it this far, so I expect more than that.
Toad: You will be graded by how interesting what you have to say is. If I have trouble understanding you or your grammar is a mess, you will lose points.
Sandile: Not much else to say... Good luck!

TNU Video!
What's this you ask? In case you forget, you are still
competing in TNU. Believe it or not I'm still continuing it. I just have
been really busy/lazy and have taken two months to upload the video.
But it's here! Please watch it. And if you are in the Final 10, please continue to compete so I can finally finish what I started nearly two years ago! :D

Sandile: Both Boo and Link dropped down SIGNIFICANTLY because they missed the challenge. That just goes to show how important completing these challenges is. If you don't do them, you are going to drop VERY far down into the Bottom 5.
Toad: A few players were able to escape the Bottom 5. Dark Link for example, was at the bottom of the danger zone. He got third place on the challenge, and he was able to move up into the safe zone. So good job to him!
Sandile: Tails, Mew, Boo, Vector, and Link are up for elimination! The nine of you are in the safe zone must choose TWO players to vote off. Less players are being eliminated at the same time, but the safe zone is slimming down each time. (Only seven players will be in the safe zone after this elimination!)
Toad: Get voting! (And please leave confessionals!)
