ABTP Confusion...

A couple people seem to have thought that you can't vote again if you have already voted. Lemme reword what I said:

If you voted previously, THAT vote won't count. If this is the case, you have to vote AGAIN. If you haven't voted yet, you still can.

So everyone can vote. I just want you to revote if you previously voted. If you don't, your OLD vote won't count.
