Sandile: 43 players are left. Another 3 will leave for the final elimination with your current teams. Here is the final challenge before the team switch:

This will be a two part challenge:

1. I want you to tell me if you would rather there be two teams of 20, or four teams of 10. If there are two teams of 20, both teams will face elimination every time. Things will be dangerous, but stuff could get very interesting. And the higher amount of players on your team could make it harder to get voted off. If there are four teams of 10, one or two team could be immune after, challenges, but players on losing teams will have a high chance of being voted off. So just tell me which you would prefer.
2. List the 10 players who you would want the most on your team. (Excluding you). You don't have to put them in order, but just least 10. (No more, no less.)

Toad: That's it. This should be a quick challenge, so I expect almost all of you to do it. Keep in mind that Part 1 is a poll. Whichever option gets the most votes is the one that I will use in the team switch. Part 2 has no factor on who will be on your team, it's just there for fun.

Sandile: I plan to end the challenge on either Tuesday or Wednesday night. So make sure you complete the challenge in time.

Toad: If you only complete part of the challenge, it will be marked as incomplete (half-credit). The team with the most participation is immune, second place eliminates one, and third place eliminates two.

Sandile: Two players have two strikes. If they both miss the challenge, they will be two out of the three eliminated. So if you are one those players, be especially sure you complete this challenge!

Toad: Complete it as soon as possible!
